Barry
for sightseeing and culture, Paris and Rome are on the top!but which cities are next? i have heard about Berlin, but never been there! any recommendations? Berlin is pretty dull, but there is some nightlife if you find the right places. The city centre is still showing the effects of the war and post war period and is drab but interesting if you like history..

WorldFun
Whatever you do be sure to include Iberia (Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon or Porto) in the itinirary and Greece (Athens) too. BUT don't do like the nippons - don't include too many cities i.e pick wisely & come back again to explore further the countries/regions you liked Actually it's really hard to pick, but unless loaded with cash or willing to eat just kebabs, hot dogs or pizza better leave out Scandinavia as it's not 'fun' to pay the restaurant & pub bills up there :-( East Europe like Prague, Budapest or Krakow is very interesting as long as the Schengen visa works?
