Actually, if sister # 2 had any heirs, sister 1 would need to kill sister 2 FIRST, before her mom died. If the mom dies first, sister 2 gets 1/2, then when sister 2 dies, her heirs get her money. If sister 2 dies first, then mom has only one heir left (presumably), that being sister # 1. You may want to keep that in mind for future reference. Cheers!
