Or maybe just to complain to a friend, back home, who just paid $250 for a local S/T and the gal at your bar is trying to gouge you, by asking 1500-Bt Anyway it may be a good number to put in your mobile phone's directory: If you're in Thailand and have an AIS/One2Call phone, you can take advantage of FREE international calls. This service is available only to 5 destinations - USA/China/Hong Kong/Singapore and Canada. There is no charge for international call - its FREE but you will be charged 2/baht a minute by AIS.
