Price of course will vary based on brand and type. No idea about smokes but in Pattaya they sell 'em on the street, no doubt at some kind of discount. Wouldn't bet on them being name brands although they might say they are. Don't buy a digital camera in Thailand. The import taxes drive the price on any electronics way to high.
