Guest Posted October 30, 2001 Report Share Posted October 30, 2001 Hi Guys I'm leaving beautiful Aussieland this Thursday evening, and I arrive in BKK on Friday morning (3rd Nov) Would love to hook up with a few of you guys while I'm over there, so you can show me the "sights" Was just wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to watch the Melbourne Cup horse race in BKK. phiketpete Posted October 30, 2001 Report Share Posted October 30, 2001 Really no idea.What time would it take place in BKK However if no one post with better information you might want to try Busstop in Soi 4 100 yards further up the road from Nana Plaza on opposite side. That is a hang out for many aussies. They certanly get a large number in for aussie Rules. However the TV's are of the small variety . You might find a better place.
