Rosser, a former BKK concert pianist and piano teacher jumped bail in Feb of last year and had been sighted throughout Europe before returning to Thailand on a fake passport. There was a US$50,000 reward for his arrest and conviction. He was wanted for pornography, child molestation and drug offenses and faces 5-20 years in prison if convicted in Thailand. If extradicted to the US, he could get 99 years.
