Siao (see-ow to my ear) means 'feels good/sexy', 'makes me horny', 'makes me cum', something along those lines.< dddave >I've always heard "Siao" used to convey intense sexual excitement, usually just prior to "Set laeo" or sometimes "Por laeo"; finished!< That suggests the last lady got very turned on by the 'bugle', but didn't come.....
