gawguy Posted May 25, 2009 Report Share Posted May 25, 2009 I started using Skype not long ago and it has been very handy. Phoning and text messaging have been my uses. One thing seems strange now, maybe it's the version 4.0.0.206 --- Previously when I would hit send for a text message there would be a pause and an alert on the screen would go from "sending" to a check mark meaning "sent." Now when I click send, it goes instantly to "sent." There is no time for a phone connection, so obviously it's not confirming a sent sms. Other problem I had (just to let users know) - I typed a message that started out "John@Hampton Rd said..." Receiver reported the message was truncated after "John" - apparently the "@" is not allowed... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
