Mentors Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 The prosecution on Friday postponed to Nov 2 its decision on whether to indict leaders of the People's Alliance for Democracy over the 193-day seizure of Government House by PAD protesters last year. PAD leaders Sondhi Limthongkul, Maj-Gen Chamlong Srimuang, Pibhop Dhongchai, Somsak Kosaisuk, Somkiat Pongpaiboon, Suriyasai Katasila, Chaiwat Sinsuwong, Amorn Amornrattananont and Therdphum Jaidee have been charged with criminal offences under Articles 116, 215 and 216.
