Anyone have any good suggestions of restaurants or even smaller open-air place on the Soi's where the food (primarily Chinese, but others (Thai, seafood, etc) is particularly good in Yaowarat (Chinatown)? limbo Posted November 24, 2009 Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 One of the small sois in Pahurat, near Thanon Chakraphet has a couple of Indian restaurants, including a few hole in the wall style places where the curries are sitting on a stove, some of the best Indian curries in BKK are to be had there. If you like Middle Eastern food, try Soi 3/1 (opposite Nana) the the Nassir El Masri restaurant, not exactly Yaowarat but definately a place to widen your horizon.
