He made it more difficult to open a business here, doubled the amounts required to be kept in the bank for a marriage or retirement visa, raised visa fees nearly 400%, pushed that stupid 90 day reporting requirement (which had never been enforced before) etc etc. The liquor sales hours came into effect (despite their being no such law) and his buddy Purachai began all the crackdowns on the nightlife.
