cardinalblue Posted January 18, 2010 Report Share Posted January 18, 2010 When one had a weak law and order system combined with a poor record of due diligience (regulatory compliance, PM enforcement, etc), it is much easier to signal out the lowest man on the totem pole and this case, it is the driver... The driver might or might not be part of the problem, but I would guess it would extend much higher up and throughout the course of doing buisness in LOS... Things run by chance and hoping nothing goes wrong vs a planned systematic process to minimize errors and problems... Just thinking about that holiday disco fire..Any verdicts or rulings yet?
