Mentors
There is nothing unusual about the five bombs aimed at banks in Narathiwat province on Tuesday morning, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of security affairs Suthep Thaugsuban said. "The attacks are the usual insurgent activity and the government will continue working to end southern unrest," Mr Suthep said. Asked if the ATM attacks indicated the insurgents have now changed their targets to banks, he said the government will have to deal with the problem. Bombs went off at three ATM booths - one operated by Krungthai Bank and two by the Government Savings Bank. About the same time, two other bombs were defused at ATMs owned by the Krungthai Bank and the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. Two other explosions were reported - one in front of a salon and another as a teacher security escort patrolled a road. Two civilians were injured. http://www.bangkokpost.com/breakingnews/170181/suthep-bomb-attacks-are-normal
Julian2
If Suthep was charged under the same laws as they used on Thaksin he'd be begging on Sukhumvit Road in his underwear.
