Uhm, it seems someone had the brilliant idea to attach a motorcycle motor to a large fan and strap on a parachute. All in the name of fighting crime. The segment showed several officers crashing to the ground on takeoff. The commentator advised that they were still training. Looked like a modern version of the Keystone Cops. Whoever thought this would be good publicity should be publicly drawn and quartered. Or at least enrolled into the para-cycle test pilot program. "OK, OK. Now you go. You fly now. Make big windy.
