Dexi Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 Why not get rid of the weeds first by hoeing ( no bar fine or ST rate involved )or spraying with Roundup (Glyphosate)if its a large area or the weeds have deep roots.Then cover the area with grass seed.Lawn sand ( weed and feed )can be applied annually.This kills broad-leaved weeds and moss but needs a period of rain afterwards to be effective.Not sure if its suitable for tropical climates though....
