In a nut shell she said that since Vikto said he fully understoon that the weapons would be used against Americans "Mr Bout should have reasonably anticipated being hauled into court in this country" They will find him guilty, no doubt. So will he be bait for a prisoner exchange or will he motiviated to tell all by being placed with 150kg prisoner whom insists Viktor play the role of the wife. ETC.... I have long said that Viktor was a great catch in the war on terror! I say let him have a prison husband and then sell him as bait to some Euro terrorists groups..
