It is when you get into the expensive places with a lot of family groups when you have some sort of a problem. There are other hotels closer to Pattaya 2nd Road if you want to be in that area. I have walked Third Road a lot but don't recall this place. This small place doesn't look too bad. China Garden, check it out when you get there. http://www.chinagardenpattaya.com/ Up to you!
