For one, that is not what you said. For two, I could not tell you what the "norm" is. Flashermac Posted March 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 I know of a kiddie perv who was arrested in Bangkok by the US authorities and taken back to the States, with the Thai police cooperating.
