Hi!

Many years ago when I was in Pattaya I heard a story about a remote village loosing power. Apparently the feed was an underground copperwire. Someone found this out and stole one (1) km (thats more than half a mile for the metrically impaired) by first digging it out and the cuttng it in both ends.

Oh well, shit happens, laugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.gif

regards

Sam,

LOL ! Ok, our repair crews MAY be whacking transformers with sticks, but they at least leave us with the illusion that we have reliable power supplies.

We did have an old generator installed outside our building about 18 months ago, when we having probs with power in SE QLD, but the thing was noisy and damn near asphyxiated us !
