Guest Posted May 27, 2002 Report Share Posted May 27, 2002 You could try the Fantasy Hotel on Light St. and give your passport to the Indian guys at the entrance to the Hotel Swiss. The passport guys are in the moneychangers booth on the left hand side of the entrance to the Swiss Hotel. Cost is 14RM and well worth it. The consulate is way out of town and a PITA to get to. Guest Posted May 28, 2002 Report Share Posted May 28, 2002 I've stayed at the Mingood Hotel on Argyll Street, nothing special but very friendly and helpful. They will do all the visa stuff for you, and will have it back in time to catch the afternoon train back to Thailand.
