STH wants to meet me at the hotel but he does not have a car and I do not want to use my car to the Grace Hotel. Excellent, Jitty, you're finally beginning to master the noble art of 'taking the piss'. I think this is one of the most difficult things to grasp when learning English as many Asian people (not to mention some Western countries) seem to take everything that is said or written as meaning exactly what it says.
