Criminal Court Rejects Petition For Nuttawut, Jatuporn's Bail Revocation

The Criminal Court decided Friday not to revoke bail of Jatuporn Promphan and Nuttawut Saikuar, two red-shirt leaders, as petitioned by the Democrat Party.

The court reasoned that there were no strong evidence and witnesses to back up allegations by the Democrat that Jatuporn, chairman of the United Front of Democracy against Dictatorship, and Nuttawut, incited violence during the recent rally in Nakhon Ratchasima.

The court, anyway, warned the two red-shirt leaders to be careful when organising or making speeches during future rallies.
