Long Gun Posted May 30, 2002 Report Share Posted May 30, 2002 Budget have a branch in Khorat, maybe 90 mins drive from Buriram city but I am not sure why you don't want to rent from Bangkok anyway - probably better choice/rates. It is not a bad drive at all to Buriram nowadays, good roads all the way, doable in 5 hours but you could go via Khorat, Phi Mai, or wherever and break your journey. Bkkbound04 Posted May 31, 2002 Author Report Share Posted May 31, 2002 The buffalo might be more useful in BKK than the car!! you're right Long Gun about the drive from BKK.. have done it a few times myself but hate driving anywhere near BKK ..I've got a lift from Don Muang to Burriram and I was just interested to see if there was anything available there...
