Palatkik Posted June 18, 2002 Report Share Posted June 18, 2002 I have started using the AIS online billing method to pay off the bills and notice after three months there are no more bills to pay! I cannot pay my May-Jun period. When I try they tell me there's nothing to pay? I try and pay the IR fee due this week, but they tell me there's nothing to pay there also. Seems like AIS has been forced to refund 3000B to customers who previously paid this deposit, now unlawful under some consumer protection bill. Their web site online billing gives no clue to this, just will continue ignoring any attempts you make to pay the bills until all 3000B is used up in new phone charges.
