I now think it is part of an issaan ceremony that is not a legal marriage , but may mean similiar things to Issaan folk . it sounds as though it can also mean as was said in the posts , more good luck , friendship maybe .Like many ceremonies I guess it's meaning can vary depening on the circumstances .
