Tycona
Do the various frequent flyer programs out there allow one to collect miles from other person's flights? Example: I am a member of Thai Airways' FF program Royal Orchid Plus. A friend and his wife are going to Thailand with Thai Airways but do not collect airmiles, I on the other hand could sure use their miles Would it make a difference if they were to check in and show my FF program name and number on a paper or if I were to send their boarding passes by postal mail? Cheers, Tycona.
Guest
I do not know of any major program that allows for person B to collect the miles for person A's flights. There are a few programs that allow for families to "pool" their miles, but this is for bona fide families. ---UPSer
