The office asked me if I knew anyone that might want it before they advertise it. Its on Sukhumvit, soi 26, on a quiet street just behind Orbit. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Emporium and the Phrom Pong BTS station. The building only houses 8 units. The available one is on the 4th(top) floor, overlooking a nice sized pool. It is about 200 meters. 2 good sized bedrooms + what passes as a maids room, 2 bathrooms, A/C, direct phone line, furnished(poorly), direct billing for electricity, and a sauna for 18,000 Baht a month. Parking available. I was able to negotiate a washing machine into the lease, but thats up to you. The building is not new, but it's a great value for the money.
