Guest Posted June 28, 2001 Report Share Posted June 28, 2001 From my understanding it is a celebration of the Buddhas first sermon set for July 5 and 6. I came into BKK last year during this time to find things closed and didnt really know where to go for the cultural celbrations or nightlife.
