Its a guy dressed entirely in red, cycling a tricycle contraption with a tentlike framework and red plastic over it. It almost looks like a train with a funnel / ventilator above where the guy sits. There are no slogans or advertising on it at all its just plain red and has two flags at the front corner - a thai and what I think is the queens flag. Just what is he doing ????????
