Rightly or wrongly she believes that whatever she makes is hers and that there is no need to get the Receiver of Revenue or anyone else, for that matter, involved in any of her plans. Assuming she is wrong, what should she be doing to make herself legit. How does she register as a tax payer? I take it VAT also needs to be paid. Is there anything else she should do?
