Saturday November 23rd sees the Ploenchit Fair returning to Sanam Suapa same venue as last year after it was moved at short notice from the British Embassy for security reasons . For those of you unaware it is really agreat day out and ina worthy cause. It has been organised on an annual basis for many years by the British Community in Bangkok to collect monies for various worthy Thai charities. Previously held in the grounds of the British embassy now moved to a much larer and suitable location It is basically an englsih village fete- games, stalls, music food and drinks fun for all the family, everybody wins and one of the few occaisions in the year when all of Bangkok society ventures out. Thai, Expat, Indian, tourists and BG's. IMO a great day and unless this damm rainy season does not depart I will be there Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
