gene1944 Posted November 8, 2002 Report Share Posted November 8, 2002 I stopped by there the other evening and was disappointed. More than 50% of the stalls are selling cars, tvs and other stuff that I did not expect to see at a food festival. But I guess it is for the locals and someone saw it as a chance to sell stuff. I tried some of the food there and it was good. There was a beer drinking contest on the main stage which was broadcast to the many large screens in the area of the food festival. All went well, until some poor contestant who looked like he was looped when he stumbled getting on the stage, started to throw up with the camera on him. It was pretty disgusting.
