My mom is visiting and wants to find the ideal beach for "beach combing for sea shells, coral reefs and snorkeling, not frequented by the younger set." As to accommodations at the beach, a nice bungalow up to $100 US for the mom and friend. There are some great tourist hotels, but most are too close to crowded beaches. What are you looking for? My suggestion would be Marinas Cottage, or whatever they call themselves now. So they want me give them some ideas where to go and where to stay for a good vacation.
