We Sedes got that before we joined the EU and Thais could come to Sweden for 3 months without geting a visa in avance. Yes, I know Thais need a visa to come here. Actually a friend of mine took over a girl for a visit just a short time ago. Norway is a member of the Schengen treaty. Same countries, same rules.
