Walked over to cupido to enjoy the free food, live music & atmosphere of the public birthday party of John? Guess there's always a party going on somewhere in pattaya bar beers, so if you're a dedicated cheap charlie this may pay to walk the soi's untill you see a bar with ballons all over!
