Right now I have a "B" type that's about to expire, and since I'm studying at a private language school I thought maybe I might be able to get a "ED" type. Guest Posted December 5, 2002 Report Share Posted December 5, 2002 Just came back from Phnom Penh where I was denied a non-immigrant ED visa. They said I needed to attend a university or similar, not a private language school like now. The staff was really nice to me and gave me a double entry tourist visa the same day, without charge. They seemed to appreciate me speaking thai. This won't be much of a problem for me as I will arrange my non-immigrant visa on my next trip to the Philippines, but of course it would have been nice to have it now.
