Spicier everywhere

I have found out that here in Phitlok the spicy food has gone from very spicy to very very spicy.

Looks to me that the chillies are spicier in winter. :: ::

Not that it's cold here, but just a tiny bit cooler.

My usual food and the usual food shops I visit seem to be a bit spicier, which I by the way do enjoy very much.

The only disturbing thing is that my ass-eye plays with fire ever since. ::

How are your chillies?

Sometimes Thais will make the food even spicier for farangs, more so than for Thais, just to see if they can take it, especially if a farang claims to be able to eat spicy. Might this be it?

On my next trip I'm going to bring some habaneros to see how the Thais like the effect. 555555! Thai food: mere child's play to the serious chili lover.
