It seems likes there is "A whole lot of shaking going on" with the teens in BKK on Valentine's Day, and the city elders don't like it one bit. My my, we do live in scandalous times, eh? Umm ... I've never yet seen an Thai school or uni dorm that WASN'T segregated by sex. Sometimes I wonder if we all live on the same planet. I think they fear authority too much to do anything about it. If they protest too loudly enmasse, they can look foreward to being gunned down by the military.
