The owner ask us to look for a qualified individual for them. The pay is 7% of gross sales up to 1,500,000 per month. Over 1,500,000 Baht and you'll get 10% of the gross sales. They are now doing over 1.5 million per month so you would be looking at 105,000+ Baht per month on that basis. Must be able to speak Thai. You of course would get a work permit.
