This is just funny. Glad the kid is ok but how stupid must the dad be in the first place.

 

 

Authorities in Maine say they found a 3-year-old boy who wandered away from his home  and a stash of marijuana plants being cultivated by his father.

If you call the cops because somebody stole from you, etc, generally gives th cops the right to search your place.

Seems like the Dad did the right thing - so the charge endangering welfare of child is a bit tough.

Funny thing, the state he is in is a legal state. He could have had up to 6 plants fine. 147 is a no - no.
