Coss
Subsequent to and continuing with, the deluge à la Weinstein, the #metoo movement and others, are causing Men in their droves, to leave or be removed from their positions, due to sexual misbehaviour, harassment or misconduct. This is in most case, a good thing. Though there are instances of apparent wrongful accusation, like Garrison Keillor My thought is, who is gonna replace these Men? In an equal world, one would hope that Women would figure in about 50% of the replacements. But I reckon that the tribal nature of these rich and powerful folk, will result in the positions being passed on the the next bloke on the team. Whether or not this is a good thing, only time will tell. Certainly the prospect of replacing the head of a large organisation with a Hilary, or a Trump, should mortify anyone with even a modicum, of thought process.
