It was never clearly stated whom Bob was posessing at the moment Laura Palmer got killed. But it could not have been Dale Cooper. As he got seen in the Palmer house the morning after the murders by mrs Palmer it is assumed by most people Bob was inhabiting Leland at that moment. He did however inhabot Leland at the moment of the killing of Laura's niece Madeline. So Bob is the guilty one Am rewatching the series. Now at episode 2 of first season.

If it were just the husband and the wife I would say a definite no. But there are children involved. They have suffered for their parents idiocy. But would the children fit in a "normal" society again after all the murder and blood they have witnessed. That is also an issue. I am going to be very harsh here. But the children would be better off dead as their lives are screwed now. They will probably suffer from many problems if they return to a western society. And having them stay in Syria well ........ :/

No the murderer was Bob. Whom is a malicious spirit posessing different people. Leland killed Laura and the other girl.

I see you again in 25 years ... I guess when they shot that thet didn't know they would air the 3rd season 25 years after that episode. Which brings an interesting perspective to the whole series. For the fans of Twin Peaks good news. A new 3rd season is in the making. 25 years after the last Twin Peaks episode. In which the evil spirit actually said it would see Cooper again in 25 years! Confirmed is 18 episodes (not 9 as was earlier agreed on) and David Lynch is onboard as the director; and so is almost 80 years old Angelo Badalmenti the composer of the score of the original series. Most of the old cast is returning as well.

The race to get all street vendors out of the streets has also struck Huai Kwang night market. It is largely gone Was in th epapers a week ago and I passed it a few nights ago and it is mostly gone

No I already did that in the Netherlands. Had a deal about it with the neighbours at which times I could do that. Also I had special isolation so the bassvibes did not resonate to much.
