Because it is them that used the headline "2024 Thailand Bar and Entertainment Closures and No Alcohol Days" not me.

Next you'll say, that anything that Journalists or Editors post, is my personal responsibility... if I post it here for your edification...

So I should not trust anything that you post then since you never read / verify what you do post but just repeat it parrot fashion.

    OK Polly

    Was Pilger for Assange presumably?

I'll dial back my dislike of Assange if so.

The wife of Julian Assange has paid tribute to campaigning journalist John Pilger as a “consistent ally of the dispossessed”.

Stella Assange, whom the WikiLeaks founder married while in prison, was among those who called the ITV documentary maker “one of the great” journalists.

Pilger had pushed for the release of Assange, who has been in the high-security Belmarsh Prison in London since he was removed from the Ecuadorian embassy, and criticised his friend’s imprisonment

John Pilger, an Australia-born journalist and documentary filmmaker

One of the best, if not the best, investigative reporters ever.

His UK work was mainly in Manchester on World in Action Investigation TV show and of course the Manchester Guardian Newspaper.

Ricky Gervais: Armageddon [2023 TV Special]

A stand-up show from the London Palladium that touches on topics such as artificial intelligence, political correctness, family weddings, funerals, and the end of humanity. He's done better before, but this has some laughs and worth a look if you are into dark humor.

Just watched this and it feels as is I have seen it before, sort of seen one Ricky Gervais special you have seen them all.

    Not his best work IMHO

  5. But to get an APCO one needs the be resident / have a UK address

When I was working in Vietnam 10 years ago I got my Police Clearance, for Temporary Residence Card, from Royal Thai Police HQ on Rama I, a buddy who lives  in Philippines got his from Vietnamese Police after spending 6 months in VN.

APCO is bloody useless for expats

Deputy Prime Minister Somsak Thepsutin echoed the sentiment, saying that any attempts to meet Thaksin without his permission could result in legal action. He also emphasised the need to maintain Thaksin’s privacy regarding his medical condition.

Is he not under Fucking Custodial Rules? You are not entitled to privacy when in custody never mind if you are in hospital

Just because he is allegedly undergoing medical treatment does not put him above the law.

Bur of course the government are the very ones who sold their souls to the devil to get Takky back in the first place so won’t do fuck all about it, except send him a Magnum of Champagne to where ever he is for New Year.

The opposition should demand a hospital visit NOW

This Shit makes me wanna puke

The best I can come up with is Ram I know is dancing and Non is a province in Isaan.

Ram is the Dance dome by Muay Thai fighters before a bout, it is also a given male name meaning thunder or giant.

I think you are confusing non with NAN, Non Thai is a district in Korat province, not a province within itself
