They withdrew the “Watchers” during Covid an as, of yet, have not reinstated such.

Nice to see the efficiency of the Royal Thai Navy, requested to retrieve it 7 August and 5 months later still not done.

If the Buoy is “En Route” for the USA why will it not be here until March? That’s another 48 days away, even by boat at 10 knots it should only take 29 days to cover the 9000 mile pacific route from San Francisco.

As for “Wont be deployed until November” 8 months, why? Is this estimate base on the fact it has taken the RTN over 5 months to retrieve it so expect 8 months to deploy it

• Not all Bottles of wine are the same price so duty is not a fixed amount
• it duty is 1500 Baht @ 10% then it is only 750 Baht @ 5% not 1000 Baht, that is 6.667%
• Only Local tourist drink Local made Liquor, it won’t affect Johnny Walker etc what foreigners usually drink
• The Nightclubs and Bars will just pocket the 5% reduction not actually reduce prices

As I said, stupid list, there are 22 entries of which only 4 are actual dry days, the 4 Buddhist days, the other 18 are irrelevant.

This is not a list of Entertainment Closures and No Alcohol Days, it is a list of all the occasions in Thailand and the 18.18% of the time venues will be closed and alcohol will not be (officially) sold.

If this is a list of 2024 Bar Closure and No Alcohol days, why is listing days when bars are open and alcohol sales are allowed?
