Yes, I did think it was quite funny at times. I missed the "let's build some crazy contraption to deal with this" part that was usually in the series, but all in all I thought it was quite a decent movie.

I actually tried watching an episode of the original series a year ago; couldn't do it. It had not stood the test of time at all. Switched channels after less than 5 minutes.

Recently saw:

Splice - A lot like species. Not that great though.

The A-Team - Rather enjoyed this one. Brought back childhood memories of watching the series

Predators - Just another cash-in of the original Predator. Not very good.

Prince of Persia - Movie of the games. Enjoyed this very much. Lots of cool effects.

Robin Hood (latest one) - Enjoyed this immensely as well.

Still to watch:

- How to train your dragon

- Machete

I just watched "Brooklyn's finest" A bit confusing at times - with 3 stories intertwined - but quite entertaining nevertheless.

Still have "Hot tub time machine" and "Shutter Island" on the harddisk to watch.

Saw 'Unthinkable' last night. Terrorist movie, but with a major twist. Pretty much the entire movie is about interrogating the terrorist.

Very heavy at times.

I enjoyed it, even though it was not at all what I had expected.

Legion: Like dave32 said, not too bad, but far from a great movie.

The book of Eli: Turned it off after about 30-40 minutes, very boring. Big disappointment.

Alice in Wonderland: Entertaining enough.

Edge of Darkness: Decent movie.

Valhalla Rising: Weird, just fucking weird. After 30 min I still didn't have a clue what the movie was about and decided to just turn it off.

It might have been mentioned already, but I saw 'Law Abiding Citizen' on Saturday. Excellent movie.

It is basically about a guy taking revenge on the justice system that failed him.
