Guest
I left a bag at Nana Hotel last month with the intention of picking it up on my next trip in early October. This would be slightly longer than the 3 months they agree to keep the bag for.Now I might be delayed till late October. This would make it more like 4 months Is there a chance they will dispose of the bag after 3 months. If I send an email to the bell captain is this likely to be effective? Would appreciate info from anyone who's done this.
Guest
Sorry about your luggage situation but I have a question if you dont mind. How was the Nana hotel? Is it worth the baht-location and room quality wise? Mykal LOS in September????
racha
Try Khun Naphawan she is the operation manager of nana tours at the nana hotel. Her email address is nanatour@nanahotel.co.th I have to deal with her for business quiet often and she is very helpful. She is a really nice lady and has great ideas for helping thai tourism with the environment and other problems. She can read and write English well so if you ask her to check it out ,im sure she will fix it for you .
Guest
Or why don't you call the hotel during Thai business hours?

Guest
Thanks for the responses on my left luggage query. The telephone and consequently the internet are erratic in Papua New Guinea. So are the ladies! To Mykal...I think the Nana Hotel is good value for money, especially at the Bht 800 without breakfast I got last month through Nana Tours. They put me in 616 first night which had a brick wall outside 9 inches from the glass but when I requested a move to the tenth floor they were helpful enough. And the view was fine. I will post some of my trip experiences in the next few days.

Bembaman
Do they charge for this and are there any alternative left luggage places around?
