If you don't know what the above means, then the above part of this message is not for you! I would also like to connect with people on the ground here who have knowledge about the transition that will occur in the Thai telecom sector (privatization and deregulation) during the period 2004-2006,and who have need for 1) integration of voice networks to VoIP, 2) Intelligent Network Carrier for prepaid calling cards, 3) SMS to e-mail conversion, 4) gateway capability for fixed-to-mobile GSM conversion, 5) least cost routers for optimized carrier selection. In addition to Thailand, contacts are wanted in Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Anyone who has interests/needs in the above areas is invited to contact me at stone@indo-siam.com.
