Sarisin
OK, I am in the market for a new TV. I want to replace my aging 27" Sony. I went to Power Buy at the Emporium and I was just floored by all the different models, features, prices, etc. Those plasma screens really look life-like, but at 320,000 baht that is a little more to spend than I was thinking. Also, I had to marvel at some of the big screen models, which seemed to be OK quality with a decent price of around 80,000 baht. Of course, the salespeople are rather aggressive there, but the combination of poor English and techno talk had me really confused. Anyone buy a nice TV recently? In the LOS? Thanks for any tips. Also, any suggestion on the best place to buy? Big C. Lotus. Power Buy, etc.?
Guest
I bought a 43" sony one year ago in a small shop in Klong Toey. Very good value for money. If you have enough space (sit 3-5 meters from the screen), it's ok. It going now for 65.000 iso the 89.000 i paid ( They also have a model with 1250 lines, which is better if you do not have the space. It should be around 90.000 bath now.
