samak Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 there should be many information in this accommodation forum as this has been discussed several times before. but anyway: there are several hotels for under 1000 baht along damnoenkasemroad (the road which goes just after the temple and the policestation from the main petkasemroad to the public beach): the nicest is p.p. villa at the corner of the road that goes to the sofitel others: jed pee nong, sirin all very close to the main bar area and the beach there are several guest houses along naresdamriroad (along hilton hotel) and along pool suk road (road that goes after city beach hotel to the left) another area with a lot of guest houses (many scandinavian ownership) is after the mariott on the left side; a bit far from the centre to walk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
