vinod Posted August 31, 2001 Report Share Posted August 31, 2001 Can anybody give some info on this hotel. I'll be travelling around 14th Sep and could not get a room in my regular hotel Ambassador. I was looking at Manhattan and would like to know, if anyone had stayed at this hotel and also is Manhattan guest firendly and how are rooms. Thanks in advance for information. For me, it was not a good experience, because I had to pay a fee (around 300 baht) everytime I brought a girl with me. But, I have heard that there is no problem with bringing quests if you book a double room (for 2 persons ). Furthermore the hotel offers good value for the money (around 1000 baht a night). Pom Michael Posted September 1, 2001 Report Share Posted September 1, 2001 Vinod, The difference is the price between Manhattan (THB 1,000 + 300) and JW Marriott (THB 4,000 ~ THB 5,000) per night. The only reason why I don't check-in these big hotels is there is remote possiblity of bumping into any of my business people or friends.
